We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Tech Pack Maker

to support our design and production teams by creating accurate, comprehensive, and clear technical packs for our fashion products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, garment construction, and the ability to translate creative ideas and designer requests into technical specifications. The tech packs must adhere to a given template and be created using Adobe Illustrator software.

Create Tech Packs:

Develop detailed tech packs for each product according to a provided template, including all necessary information such as materials, measurements, construction details, trims, colors, labels, and stitching techniques.

Collaborate with Design & Production Teams:

Work closely with designers, product developers, and manufacturers to ensure that tech packs meet production requirements and reflect the desired design vision.

Measure and Grade:

Provide garment measurements with (grading specifications would be advantageous) , ensuring consistency and quality in sizing across all products.

Update Tech Packs:

Revise and update tech packs as needed throughout the development process, reflecting any changes in design or production requirements.

Ensure Accuracy:

Ensure all technical details, such as construction, fit, and finishes, are correct and meet the company's quality standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in tech pack creation or a similar role in the fashion industry.

?

Education:

Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and garment specifications. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating tech packs is required. Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is a plus.

Ability to work with high levels of accuracy and precision, especially when following specific templates.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges or changes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
