Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Manager. This role involves spearheading the establishment of our new agency business, including setting up all operational aspects, and taking charge of identifying, listing, and closing deals to drive the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in UAE in business development and deal closing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field .
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years local market experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Real estate license or relevant certifications preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English
• Second language if any is a plus
