Job Title: Property Consultant - Off-Plan Properties

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to specialize in off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on off-plan property investments. Generate leads and build a strong client network. Conduct property viewings and presentations. Stay updated on market trends and new project launches. Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off-plan. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the local property market. Self-motivated and target-driven. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Candidates with Dubai Real Estate Experience in Primary & Secondary Market.
