to manage and motivate a team of sales promoters in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales promoters

Drive sales performance and achieve targets

Ensure high customer engagement and service quality

Monitor team performance and report to management

Requirements

:

Prior experience in telecom sales & team management (kiosk experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluency in English, Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
