Team Recruitment & Management:

Bring and manage a team of

4 real estate agents

, ensuring high performance and motivation.

Sales & Performance Growth:

Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the secondary market.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
?

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and regulations to provide strategic insights.

Training & Development:

Guide and mentor team members, enhancing their sales skills and market knowledge.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Drive business growth by sourcing new leads and ensuring high conversion rates.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with the management team, providing regular updates on team performance and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 2

year

of experience in the Dubai real estate market, specifically in

secondary sales

. Proven track record of leading a team and achieving sales targets.Strong network and ability to bring a team of

. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
