The Team Leader (Sales - Off-Plan Developments) oversees and manages a sales team dedicated to promoting and selling off-plan properties. This role involves setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, mentoring and supporting sales consultants, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales goals for off-plan developments. This role is pivotal in driving the sales efforts for off-plan developments, ensuring that the sales team is effective, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals, ultimately contributing to the success of the real estate development company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants focused on off-plan property sales. Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for offplan developments. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents. Coordinate with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to potential buyers.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and property tours.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan developments required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly off-plan developments. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
• Valid real estate license.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of organization and attention to detail
