We are looking for Team Leader (Sales Off-Plan Developments) for our Real Estate Development company.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan
developments is mandatory
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful
sales teams.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly off-plan
developments.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
Valid real estate license.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants focused on
off-plan property sales.
Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for offplan
developments.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills
and performance of the sales team.
Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are
being met.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and
real estate agents.
