As we grow, we're looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive performance, and contribute to our mission of creating financial independence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and Manage the Sales Team :
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address challenges.
• Drive Sales Growth :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company objectives.
• Assist in closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.
• Monitor and Evaluate Performance :
• Track individual and team KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide training or coaching to address skill gaps.
• Training and Development :
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Team Leader, you should have:

• Experience : At least 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role (experience in Forex, education, or financial sectors is a plus).
• Leadership Skills : Strong ability to inspire, guide, and manage a team.
• Sales Acumen : Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical Skills : Proficiency in monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving : The ability to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
