We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.

- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address challenges.

- Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.

- Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Performance Monitoring:

- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.

- Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance.

- Market Research:

- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector in Dubai.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales .

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Dubai real estate market.

- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, market dynamics, and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.

Salary : 6K to 8K
