• The TL Safety & Security Performance provides expert scientific and technical guidance for tasks that will have a significant impact on any safety and security reporting and analysis initiatives, including performance analysis.

• The specialist will also consult on areas of SMS methodologies, safety and security analysis and reporting strategies.

• The specialist shall manage the team who will lead the tracking, reporting and analysis of safety and security performance indicators specific to internal and governmental regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in all aspects of the company Safety and Security Performance related analyses and reports and provide specialist advice and knowledge in the implementation of international safety/security performance analysis best practices.

• Manage the preparation and publication of all safety and security data and performance reports to meet the company defined reporting criteria

• Manage the analysis of safety and security data to provide input to the development and implementation of relevant KPI, requests, projects and/or security/safety initiatives

• Manage and utilise Safety and Security Electronic Data as per the company quality requirements.

• Support the company SMS and ISMS (including safety reporting system & data collection, incident investigation process, analysis capability, performance monitoring, promotion). Assist all sections of the department (Manager SMS, Safety Projects, Investigation, Manager Security through data extraction and analysis.

• Provide leadership, mentoring and people management support to the Safety and Security Performance Team.

• Provides guidelines to management regarding the quality of the data before distribution of findings and analysis.

To qualify for this role, you must have:\xc3\xbc Around 10 years relevant Organisational Safety experience in the ATM industry.\xc3\xbc Experience in the development, application, and assessment of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Security Management Systems (SeMS), occurrence reporting schemes, risk assessment methodologies, and performance indicators related to safety and security in the ATM industry.\xc3\xbc Experience in occurrence investigation and analysis techniques (based on comprehensive ATM safety performance models and risk assessment methodologies).\xc3\xbc Advanced experience in statistical analysis.\xc3\xbc Deep understanding of the technical, safety and operational aspects of ATM and ANS (including performance issues, monitoring and reporting). Understanding of the interdependencies between the different key performance areas.\xc3\xbc Knowledge of industry safety and security standards, SMS regulations, methodologies and applications.\xc3\xbc Graduate or Post-graduate qualification in Engineering\xc3\xbc Post-graduate qualification (MSc or PhD) in safety management, safety engineering a closely related subject is a plus.
