Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader - Personal Loans at Go Finance.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the personal loans team. This includes managing a team of loan officers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
Requirement:
• Must have minimum 1-3 Years relevant experience as a Team Leader - Personal Loans in UAE.
• Must have the experience of handling the team of 10- 15 members
• Must have 3+ years of banking experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
