• Identifying potential clients through proactive prospecting, analyzing market trends, and engaging in intermediate negotiation processes are crucial steps in ensuring fair and transparent business deals.
• Formulating monthly sales targets and diligently executing them within the specified time frame.
• Directing sales activities with a specific focus on attaining predetermined targets for the team.
• Generating new business prospects across various geographical locations through effective prospecting and research, thereby achieving sales targets.
• Delivering compelling presentations of our projects to customers and overseeing activities related to contract negotiation and completion.
• Skillfully managing client inquiries, addressing concerns, and handling objections in a proficient manner.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market and staying informed about all new projects.
• Overseeing a portfolio of listings and managing a diverse range of clients, gathering detailed information about their requirements.
• Serving as a market specialist to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, particularly in email correspondence.
• Presents a professional demeanor and adheres to high work ethics.
• Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc."
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 7 PM
Location : Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE.
