Job Title : Team Leader - Mechanic
Location : DIP 2
Reports To : QC Manager
Job Summary :
Lead and manage a team of mechanics to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of armored vehicles. Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and guide mechanics in repairing and maintaining armored vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain repair documentation and manage inventory of tools and parts.
Requirements :
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with armored vehicles or heavy-duty equipment.
• Strong leadership, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
