This is not simply our job, it\'s our passion.About The RoleAs a Team Leader, Lifeguard you will be responsible for the overall safety of guests across various locations of Aquaventure Waterpark as well as resort pools and beaches. Important part of the role will be to enforce rules and regulations and always ensure guests and colleagues safety. The right candidate will enjoy interacting with guests and solving issues as they arise while having fun in the sun! As a Team Leader, Lifeguard, you will perform safety inspections, delegate assignments and act as a point of contact between colleagues and management. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, tolerate very hot conditions and be physically fit.About YouOur ideal candidate must have at least 3 years\' experience as a lifeguard, preferably in a large waterpark.
