Job Summary/Main PurposeAs a Team Leader in technical operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a high-performing team within the plant, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will manage plant resources, capacity, and financial efficiency, specifically focusing on OPEX and CAPEX management. Your responsibility is to ensure the plant is in compliance with all GMP, Regulatory Requirements and Global Standards.Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
Foster a safety-first culture and implement initiatives to minimize accidents, risks, and hazards.
Conduct regular safety inspection and Gemba and ensure the plant is consistently safe.
Ensure all safety processes are in place, in use and effective.
Oversee the implementation and continuous monitoring of quality systems to ensure compliance with GMP and in place systems.
Address any quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage plant documentation and procedures.
Monitor plant KPIs for high control and alignment with expected targets.
Identify operational improvement and lead initiatives to enhance performance in a compliant and efficient manner.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Training and Development of the team
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies to enhance processes, workflows, and systems.
Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational challenges, including technical issues, quality problems, and personnel conflicts.
Implement robust root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues
Efficiently manage plant personnel, ensuring resources are properly allocated based on production demands and skillsets.
Forecast staffing needs and ensure team members are trained and qualified following systems in place
Ensure resources (e.g., labor, materials, equipment) are utilized effectively to meet production goals while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Oversee and manage plant OPEX to ensure costs are within budget.
Lead the planning and execution of CAPEX projects.

Production & Performance Management: Strong Technical knowledge in Solid processing / Sterile Aseptic filling and Focus on achieving plant volume targets, optimizing line capacity, and improving metrics like OEE.
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve operational, quality, and safety issues.
Resource & Financial Management: Experience in managing resources, plant capacity, OPEX, and CAPEX to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in Sterile / Nonsterile Solid
Ability to multi-task and manage complexity with multiple projects and targets.
