This is not simply our job, it's our passion.About The RoleThe Host Team Leader is considered the connection between the One &Only One Za\'abeel and the Guests, overseeing all Guests\' needs during the stay and assisting them with reservations, special events, refreshment center preferences, room orientation, Guest laundry cleaning services, packing, unpacking of their luggage. The most important duty of the Host Team Leader is to support the Host go beyond service basics, anticipate and create everlasting memories for our Guests. Responsible for converting our Guests wishes and needs into reality by coordinating with the resort operation ensuring all requests are fulfilled and Guest expectations are exceeded in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The Host Team Leader is and always acts as a true ambassador for the brand and for our values performing and acting as an example and role model for all colleagues. The Host Team Leader is to be and act as the personal assistant to our Guests.About YouThe successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel. You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be detailed oriented with a strong eye for details, guest drive, and be well organized. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential. You should be familiar with hotel reservation systems, MS Office, ALICE, SAGA, Micros. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German or Mandarin are advantageous.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
