The Role
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture o Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewings and meetings o Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction o Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values and legal regulations to offer accurate advice. o Develop new leads through networking, referrals and market research while utilizing provided client data. o Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale o Define and implement developer/ clients' relations strategy o Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations including preparing the necessary documentation. o Attend property events to generate new business leads
Requirements
• Excellent English Communication skills are essential o Minimum 3 to 5 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry, with proven track record in sales. o Strong Negotiation and sales skills o Must have UAE Driving License
