To ensure the van sales operation and fleet activities has been carried out effectively to ensure on time truck departure and on time delivery from truck. Also control resources in the van and accountability to manage the mobile depot with faster delivery and zero shrinkage

• Truck loading and departure time

• Ensure all cycle count adjustments on time
