To ensure the van sales operation and fleet activities has been carried out effectively to ensure on time truck departure and on time delivery from truck. Also control resources in the van and accountability to manage the mobile depot with faster delivery and zero shrinkage

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: •maximum 12/14 accountability statements in the form of verb/noun/result area•

• Staff Attendance
• Daily staff In and Out report


• Truck loading and departure time
• As per SLA


• Daily high value stock audit
• SOH report


• Ensure all cycle count adjustments on time
• Stock adjustment pre-approval Report


• Reports to be managed to ensure stock accuracy

• KPI performance review


• Damage, Defective & DOA stocks management


• Return documents


• Facilitate the stock arrangement in the Van to ensure speed dispatch, products are segregated per SKU.
• Bin Card system


• Coordinate with Fleet Supervisor/Manager to ensure periodic vehicle maintenance tasks are carried out
• Preventive maintenance tracker


• Daily cash handling and remittance, exclusively for sales cash
• DSR
