As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to success. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties leading and motivating a team of real estate agents, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead, mentor, and coach a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team targets.
2.Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
3.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
4.Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
5.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
6.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Qualifications:
1.Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2.Proven experience as a successful real estate agent, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
3.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
