Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Promote and sell Du plans tailored to businesses / Small medium enterprises. (SME)
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Delegating tasks to team members set deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
• Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
