Job Title: Team Leader - Civil Engineering

: The Team Leader - Civil Engineering is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the civil engineering team. This role involves managing projects, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of civil engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including mentoring and training.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
