We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead our Sales Executives in promoting Credit Card and Personal Loan products within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both sales and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Conduct and oversee sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and objections.
• Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of UAE Banking Sales experience as TL/ATL, with proven experience in managing or handling a team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven sales experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
