Team Leader Banking Sales
Job Description
We are Finridge commercial brokers LLC seeking experienced and dynamic Team Leader for credit cards to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business loan targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank's information
What we are offering :

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 years of experience of managing credit card team in UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE banking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
• credit card: 1 year (Preferred)
• banking: 2 years (Required)
