Should be able to monitor the sales performance and analyze the sales performance data.

Should be able to effectively manage and coordinate an assigned team while assigning specific targets to the team members.

Should be able to identify primary concerns as well as formulating and devising long-term strategies.

Should be able to communicate effectively with your team members, customers and managers for fostering comprehension of company goals and facilitating conflict resolution.

Should be able to take care of the training and development of the team.

Should be able to guide sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their skills and capabilities.

Should be able to draft an analyzed plan, a comprehensive roadmap that meticulously outlines the strategic actions a business will undertake to generate sales within a specified timeframe.

Should be able to identify and conduct interviews with prospective candidates who possess the ability to drive substantial sales performance.
