Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader at Saraya Marketing Management, you will oversee and guide a team of 5 Member to achieve their goals and deliver excellent results. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing support and training, and ensuring that the team meets performance targets. Your role will also involve interacting with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their individual and collective goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
• Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders to address their needs, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to processes, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress, and key metrics to senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
• Goal Setting: Set clear objectives and targets for the team, aligning with the company's overall goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in the Forex field within the country.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant software and tools, and proficiency in using CRM systems or other management platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
