Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental cleaning services, and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. This role requires hands-on expertise in various cleaning services, including AC ducts, water tanks, grease traps, sewage systems, and kitchen ducts. A valid UAE driving license is essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee and manage daily operations of various cleaning projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standard. Conduct regular inspections and ensure that safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction with services. Coordinate with management to schedule jobs, allocate resources, and ensure team readiness. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff. Assist in performing cleaning tasks when necessary, particularly in AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning, sewage cleaning, and kitchen duct cleaning. Maintain and manage the cleaning equipment and tools in optimal working condition. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in environmental services, specifically AC duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning, sewage cleaning, and kitchen duct cleaning. Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Strong knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to train and mentor staff.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
