: Team Leader - Real Estate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader in the real estate sector to lead a team of agents and drive the achievement of sales and operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and an established database of clients and industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents.
• Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing support to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
2. Business Development:
• Utilize an existing database of clients and industry professionals to generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to expand the client base.
3. Sales Management:
• Oversee property listings, negotiations, and closings.
• Ensure team members meet sales quotas and provide assistance on complex transactions.
• Monitor market trends and guide the team in pricing strategies and property marketing.
4. Operational Oversight:
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns for properties.
• Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and reporting.
5. Client Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and VIP stakeholders.
• Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent service delivery across the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
• Established database of clients and industry contacts in the real estate sector.
• Leadership experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
