Shamshiry Restaurant LLC , Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment and possess the ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about menu items and service protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts
• Collaborate with team to achieve financial targets and improve operational performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or In-Charge in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
