FINEXCEL COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE is a leading company with a strong presence in the banking industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of targets.

Salary - AED 8000 - AED 12000 + commission (based on experience)

Experience - At least 4-5 years of experience in the UAE banking and financial services sector. Indians preferred

Location - Abu Dhabi

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a sales environment, preferably in financial services or credit card sales.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:•

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales representatives.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual sales targets.

- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Foster a positive and competitive team environment.
