Role and Responsibility: Exposure to projects selling & specification building experience. Team building and managing Strategy building and implementation, MEP concepts Commercial knowledge on costing, inventory & receivables control Negotiation abilities to manage principals and customers Sourcing skills Good interpersonal, Communication and Computer skills, exposure to SAP workflow processes will be added advantage Handling Multi-Brand / Multi-segment in projects, well-travelled internationally to exhibitions and factories Understanding of MEP related and marketing concepts Revenue, Operating Profits & ROI Team building & performance analytics Strategy formulation
Must Have Technical expertise for sales & specification building with Brand driven bathroom solutions either with Manufacturers or Trading enterprises in a corporate setup.
