Job Description

We are an international company based in Dubai specializing in developing computer vision platforms for major clients in the region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman). We are looking for an experienced and qualified Team Lead (ML Computer Vision) to lead a team of developers and deliver cutting-edge projects in the field of computer vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectures and manage projects focused on building ML solutions for computer vision.
• Lead an international team of developers, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
• Deeply engage in development and programming using Pytorch , TensorFlow , and C++ to integrate high-performance ML solutions.
• Participate in periodic business trips to the region.

Requirements:

• Experience in ML and computer vision : Deep understanding of architecture, modeling, and deploying models.
• Team management skills : Ability to coordinate international teams and ensure timely task delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Pytorch , TensorFlow , and C++ .
• Expertise with YOLO and other object detection algorithms (e.g., SSD, Faster R-CNN) for detection and classification tasks.
• Fluent or near-fluent English (minimum B2+ level) as the work environment is international.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud architecture and infrastructure is a plus.

Additional technical skills:

• C++ : Experience with high-performance applications and optimization of code for ML modules.
• Databases : Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and optimization/design for high-load systems.
• API and integrations : Development and integration of RESTful APIs for ML modules. Experience with gRPC and API Gateway is a plus.
• Containerization and orchestration : Knowledge of Docker and experience with Kubernetes for deployment and container management.
• DevOps practices : Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins) for automated testing and deployment.
• Big data processing : Understanding distributed data processing principles. Experience with Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus.
• Experience in Jetson devices
• Models integration into existing Nvidia DeepStream pipelines

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
