Overview
The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for disseminating Engineering projects and workloads for all Engineers assigned to his section. The Engineering TL is responsible for advising and assisting the Engineering Manager with developing and enforcing of the customer management quality system.
Also will be responsible for:
1. Responsible for overall management of department engineers to ensure management requirements are fulfilled.
2. Expected to clearly communicate the timeline, scope and risks to all stakeholders for the deliverables.
3. Work closely with Production and management to ensure that work is being prioritized appropriately
4. Ensures Engineers have technical skills to accomplish their assigned tasks.
5. Plans and accomplishes department tasks and challenging projects and other work activities under the minimal direction of manager.
6. Issue progress status reports to department manager of the different projects being executed by the department engineers.
7. Understand and complete all QA/QC policies and procedures to maintain the high quality standards expected of designs and project specifications
8. Implement approved Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department work programs in line with Company and customer standards and requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautics, Mechanical or Aerospace) A&P; EASA or equivalent license is preferred.
• Project Management certification is desired
Experience
- Minimum of 15 Years 8 years experience in aviation engineering/ maintenance 4 of of wich in leading position.
• Experience in mechanical components and electronic equipment analysis.
• Full conversant with aircraft regulatory requirements and maintenance documentations.
• Advanced computer qualification, with emphasis on condition monitoring , stress analysis and design software.
