The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (Team Lead) to join our growing real estate brokerage company in Dubai. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals to drive success, foster collaboration, and achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping strategies, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company's values and mission. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration and business growth. Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery. Evaluate team performance and conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales activities, and property listings to senior management. Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns that enhance property sales efforts.



Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire team members. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment.
