Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced female Business Development - Team Lead to spearhead our business development initiatives and contribute directly to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Take ownership of personal and team sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to maximize productivity and sales outcomes.
• Identify potential partnerships, market opportunities, and client needs to drive enrollment growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to promote Tecswan's courses and services.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to adapt strategies effectively.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
• Provide regular performance and sales reports to management.
Requirements:
• Female candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development and sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, both individually and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
