Every day, we aim to open many opportunities for you to develop your career on an international scale, promoting Customers First, Best performance & True Collaboration - we are One DSV!We are seeking a proactive reporting & controlling expert with accounting background to lead the team for Oman & Bahrain entities.The ideal candidate will be responsible to manager a team, oversee general accounting operations by reporting, controlling and verifying the financial transactions.Responsibilities:Responsible for the R2R (Record to Report) of Oman & BahrainHandles the accounting of Group charges and Regional management fees for Oman & BahrainPrepares and controls the month-end closing procedures in line with Regional and Group reporting deadlines.Performs monthly reporting for the local and regional financeConducts regular Balance Sheet reviews with Local Finance and RCFO and monitors the closing of action points resulted from the review.Controlling of reported data, including checks for consistency, completeness and trivial errors.Responsible for the control environment of the handled Local Country FinanceResponsible for Rolling Forecast Process such as preparation and distribution of the rolling forecast instructions containing the rolling forecast assumptions and timetable.Assists in the budgeting process, including preparation and distribution of the budget instructions, budget assumptions, timetable, helps on resolving technical or system issue and data entry in SAP BPC and EPM for Oman & BahrainHandles the Financial Audits and coordinate with external auditors for the countries under responsibility.Act as a Business Partner to the Local CFOs and RCFO.Be the first point of contact for any escalations by listening to team members\' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy.Oversee day-to-day operation & set clear team goals.Delegate tasks and set deadlines.Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee.Train new employees on company standards and proceduresEducational Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Graduate with specialization in Finance; certification in Finance or commerce background prefered
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in accounting required, with 2 years in a team lead position prefered.
