Position: R&D Team Lead

Experience Required: 15\+ years

Onboard Date: March 2025

The R&D Team Lead will establish and manage a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic vision. This role involves developing and optimizing custom AI models for STREAMAX mobility products, leading application development, and serving as the primary liaison between the local team and HQ. Additionally, the R&D Team Lead will work closely with customers to understand requirements, design solutions, and support pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead a local R&D team to align with STREAMAX's strategic objectives.

Develop, train, and optimize custom AI models for STREAMAX mobility products.

Oversee applications development for STREAMAX solutions.

Act as the main point of contact with the HQ R&D team for new developments.

Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide pre-sales support.

Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages: C, Java, Python.Expertise in AI and computer vision technologies.

Expertise in Android development.

Strong knowledge of databases.

Expertise in Linux operating systems.

Leadership and team-building abilities.
