The role will involve conducting teaching sessions, team teaching, observations, and providing feedback to enhance teaching practices. Additionally, the Teaching and Learning Coach will collaborate with the Assistant Principals of KG, Primary, and Secondary to develop professional development programmes for our staff. This role will include allocated teaching time in Upper Primary.Requirements:
Qualified teachers should hold degree-level certification and QTS equivalent
Minimum 5 years teaching experience, ideally in Upper Primary
Australian curriculum experience preferred but not essential
Ideally, you will have experience in the UAE already and therefore have a deep understanding of local context
Previous leadership, coaching, or coordination experience is ideal
