Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Teaching Faculty member for the Business Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a solid foundation in business disciplines, and the ability to inspire and mentor students. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction in various business courses, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in research and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and conduct classes in various business subjects, including but not limited to Business Management, Hospitality, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Economics.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their educational and career goals.
• Participate in curriculum development, program reviews, and departmental planning to enhance the academic experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate real-world case studies and experiences into the classroom.
• Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publishing papers, and presenting at conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the institution's academic community.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage with industry professionals to create partnerships and opportunities for students (e.g., internships, guest lectures, and case studies).

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching business courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Strong knowledge of business theory, practice, and current industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A commitment to innovative teaching practices, including the use of technology in the classroom.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in a business-related field.
