Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to students. Your role will involve assisting with lesson preparation, engaging in classroom activities, and providing individualized help to students when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students\' lives.Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans
- Support the teacher in maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
- Help students with their assignments and provide individualized instruction when needed
- Assist with grading and evaluating students\' work
- Collaborate with the teacher to identify and address students\' learning needs
- Monitor and record students\' progress and communicate with parents and caregivers
- Supervise students during lunch breaks, recess, and other non-classroom activities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of instructional techniques and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
