Job Description

A reputed British curriculum school in Doha requires: TEACHERS FOR ALL SUBJECTS and ALL GRADES * 3 years experienced candidates will be preferred. Duties: To follow school and curriculum guidelines To plan and prepare courses in accordance with the needs, interests and existing knowledge of the students To prepare lesson plans, in accordance with school policy To mark and grade student assessment work and to record their progress and attainment in an appropriate manner and in a timely fashion To maintain order, discipline and respect for others among students To partake in the various annual activities and programs organised by the school. To promote understanding of the school's rules and values To build and maintain cooperative relationships with students, parents and/or other staff and to communicate with them on students' progress and attainment, drawing attention to special skills and talents as well as to problems or difficulties To provide or partake in oral/written assessments relating to the learning and development of students To stay abreast with educational best practices and "next practices" - not only in thought, but also in practice, through study and participation in courses/workshops arranged by the administration Email CV
