Teaching and learning:\xc2\xb7 To be able to teach all areas of the Primary English National Curriculum.\xc2\xb7 Organising the classroom, learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment and support the development of the Mamoura British Academy USP in this area.\xc2\xb7 Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.\xc2\xb7 Providing support and interventions for students with EAL or who have additional learning needs.\xc2\xb7 Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.\xc2\xb7 Evidencing children\'s work and learning in line with the Mamoura British Academy Marking and Feedback policy.\xc2\xb7 Being reflective of lessons taught and student progress, and adjusting planning, curriculum and continuous provision to reflect this.\xc2\xb7 Meeting with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, if required.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development of teaching and learning across the school by sharing best practice, participating in school CPD and T&L initiatives.\xc2\xb7 To be able to demonstrate effective use of technology through innovative and creative lesson delivery and continuous provision.C. Assessment and data:\xc2\xb7 Taking responsibility for the attainment and progress of a class of children to ensure that they reach above expected expectations.\xc2\xb7 Meeting the requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils\' development using Learning Ladders.\xc2\xb7 Providing regular feedback to parents and carers on a student\'s progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.D. Behaviour management and duties:\xc2\xb7 To follow the Mamoura British Academy behaviour management policy and promote the TRACK Values to set high expectations.\xc2\xb7 Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to pupils\' needs in order to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.\xc2\xb7 Maintain good relationships with pupils and parents and follow the school\'s procedures to manage and challenge any rare occurrences of unwanted behaviour.\xc2\xb7 Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of pupils.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that any concerns relating to behaviour & Safeguarding are accurately followed up on and logged on CPOMS.E.
