Job Description

GEMS teachers enjoy an enriching school environment in which to deliver a dynamic and creative curriculum to motivated students.We are interested in teachers with school teaching experience.Qualifications:
- FS/ KG - Bachelors in Arts along with a 2 year Montessori / 2 years - ECCE
- Example - BA + ECCE (2 yrs) or BA + B.Ed
- (None of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence or from an open university)
- Primary / Middle - Bachelors in Arts / Science along with Bachelors in Education, both degrees in the same teaching subject
- Example - BA + B.Ed or B.Sc + B.Ed
- (None of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence or from an open university)
- Senior School - Bachelors & Masters in Arts or Science along with Bachelors in Education, degrees should be in the same teaching subject
- Example - BA & MA + B.Ed or B.Sc & M.Sc + B.Ed
- (None of the above degrees must be through distance, correspondence or from an open university)
- Specialist subjects teachers such as Dance, Music, Physical Education, Special Education Needs, Art, ICT etc will require a specialist qualification in the teaching subject.
- 2 years of school teaching experience required for all of the above.
- The teaching subject & qualification should match.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
