:Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding Teacher of Business Studies and Economics for the Middle and Senior School at Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi commencing in the 2025-2026 academic year.Mamoura British Academy is a British curriculum, mixed gender school until Year 9 and a girl's only Senior School. It is located in a state of the art building in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Assessment and Dataxc2xb7 Taking responsibility for the progress of classes taughtxc2xb7 Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of students' development using the schools designated assessment systemxc2xb7 Using data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision and interventionxc2xb7 Providing feedback to parents and carers on a students' progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetingsC. Behaviour Management and Dutiesxc2xb7 Follow the school's Behaviour Policyxc2xb7 Manage classes effectively, using approaches which are appropriate to students' needs to inspire, motivate and challenge pupilsxc2xb7 Maintain excellent relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary within the school's Behaviour Policyxc2xb7 Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour, which are expected of pupilsxc2xb7 Have high expectations of behaviour, promoting self-control and independence of all learnersxc2xb7 Ensure the Mamoura Values DNA language and attitudes are being embedded throughout the curriculumxc2xb7 Carry out duties as directed and within the school's policyD.
