Tea Maker & Kerala Samovar Chai Snack Counter Controller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Kerala-style tea (Samovar Chai) and managing the snack counter efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality Kerala-style Samovar tea, along with other varieties of tea and beverages. Ensure proper brewing techniques and maintain consistency in taste and quality. Manage the snack counter, including preparation and serving of light snacks such as pazham pori, vada, and other traditional Kerala tea-time items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the tea and snack counter. Handle customer orders efficiently, ensuring quick service with a friendly attitude. Manage inventory, restocking tea leaves, milk, sugar, and snacks as required. Operate and maintain the Samovar tea-making equipment and other appliances. Handle cash transactions or POS systems, ensuring proper billing and cash management. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a tea maker, chaiwala, or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of traditional Kerala tea preparation techniques. Ability to multitask and handle busy hours efficiently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
