T&C Coordinator



You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various project.

What you will be doing:

To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the employees satisfaction in order to make a professional first impression of the T&C Department To provide support to the T&C team whilst maintaining strict confidentiality of information at all times Have a thorough understanding of T&C policies and procedures and be able to provide up to date information and prompt answers to employee and candidate queries To take the time to get to know the employees, and to be committed to service excellence To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries is expected and not requested To prioritise tasks and manage employees expectations in busy work environment Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems Focus on Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, and Employee Welfare & Engagement


Qualifications



Your experience and skills include:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests

Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion

Competency using a variety of computer softwares
