We require an Asst Office Manager to ensure daily operation of the office tasks including:
1. Managing & Responding to Emails - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT CANDIDATE KNOWS HOW TO USE MSWORD and OUTLOOK
2. Generating Invoices and Reports (CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED TO USE FINANCIAL SOFTWARE BUT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT APPLICANT HAS GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL)
3. Additional IT knowledge will be beneficial and ability to trouble shoot basic operations such as PRINTERS, NETWORKS etc will be beneficial.
CANDIDATE must reside in ABU SHAGARA or close to MEGA MALL area inorder to be on the company pick up route.
WORKING HOURS: 8am-4pm (with lunch break)
Correct spoken ENGLISH is very important.
