SCT Chemicals is a lubricants and chemicals blending plant for automotive, industrial, and heavy-duty lubes in Dubai. The company produces its own PMA, Esters, Fuel additives, and Alkyl Methacrylates. All those components are produced and sold by our entities all over the world. We have a production capacity of 50,000 MT to produce additive packages and 140,000 MT to produce lubricants, with 250,000 sq meters of land and 101 tanks for more than 20,000 tons.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Specialist at SCT Chemicals located in Dubai. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for tax planning, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The Tax Specialist will also be responsible for managing finances and providing fiscal advice to management.
Qualifications
• Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, and Tax Law skills
• Finance skills
• Experience in tax compliance and regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems -Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax Law or related field
• Professional certification such as ACCA,CPA, CMA or CFA is a plus
• Fluency in languages besides English is beneficial
