You will develop your career by teaming with other professionals to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality payroll-compliant output in accordance with the prevailing local statutory regulations and compensation details provided by our clientsYour key responsibilities
Collect monthly payroll data, perform gross to net payroll calculations, and prepare payroll reports in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
Monthly Output reviews, Variance Analysis and reconciliations
Provide support in onboarding new clients, system implementation, and data migration
Support clients in Wage Protection System setup and related payroll compliance activities
DEWS registration and ongoing monthly tasks assistance
Provide support on Expat and National employee payroll requirements including GPSSA registration, deregistration, and assistance on Full and final Settlement calculations
Establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards.
Client query management according to timelines
Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate with the concerned parties/authorities, and initiate performance-improvement solutions

To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy / Finance related discipline with 5 - 7 years of experience in payroll outsourcing preferably from professional firms
Good knowledge of payroll and employment-related laws, and best practices in GCC countries
Ideally, you will also have
Experience in dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
