has partnered with a leading Chemical company who are hiring a Tax and Legal Manager to be based in Dubai.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. - Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics.
- Review, draft, and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Guide and support internal stakeholders on transfer pricing matters.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
- Bachelors Degree or post-qualified legal qualification from a reputable law school.
- Proven experience in tax consulting, and transfer pricing within the chemical/manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
