Job Description

The Tax Analyst is primarily responsible for the tax compliance function while ensuring that the group complies with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where TGT Diagnostics operates.

Essential Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.Ensure full compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates for all types of taxes as applicable. Ensure compliance concerns (rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures) are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved by identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and providing prevention methods and ideas. Identify the compliance risks across the group and suggest efficient controls to mitigate those risks. Maintain the relationships with the group's tax advisors and tax authorities professionally and efficiently, ensuring that the Tax Manager is regularly informed of the tax compliance operation and progress of compliance activities and results and compliance issues by providing report analysis. Work with and support the finance/tax team on business operation matters at all times.

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Recognised advanced qualification is a plus. 5-10 years of experience in a similar field. Knowledge of international taxation laws and regulations is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness. Prior experience in tax compliance implementation, planning support, and project management. Strong professional financial/accounting knowledge and expertise in own area. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Energetic, Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative. Fluency in English spoken and written. The Arabic language is a plus.
